What’s a Plus?

There are countless mediums where one can make an attempt to illustrate emotions, instances, concepts etc. and poetry, to me, seems to be the most intimate one. The best part about reading someone else's verses is that if you can relate to them, there's a cathartic connection, and if there happens to be significant lack of relatability, you get to witness an account of a novel experience. Somewhere between C. P. Cavafy's amorous poetry and Lady Gaga's empowering ballads I stumbled upon my undying love for lyricism. Consider these poems to be an homage to all the people and things I've ever loved – a universe within my skin.
