- We will only exchange/replace any product(s), if
- The disputed item was not on your order
- The disputed item had a production imperfection
- In any of the above stated cases, please contact us by emailing us images of the defected product at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 Hours from the date you received your order. Please note that the product must be unused with the price tag attached.
- Once our team reviewed the initiated complaint against disputed item(s), replaced product will be dispatched or an exchange will be offered for the same amount.
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is properly repacked with the original invoice/receipt.
- If you choose a replacement, we will deliver such item(s) free of charge.
- You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed/shipped by emailing us at email@example.com
- Once the order is shipped, you will receive the shipping confirmation via email.
- The Return and Exchange Policy will apply once the product is shipped.
- The Writers' Sanctuary may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include an out of stock item, pricing errors, or credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
You reserve the right to demand replacement/refund for incorrect order item(s). However, if you choose to claim a refund, we will offer you a refund method and will refund the amount in question within 15-30 days.
