Red Ink

Maham Manzoor is a writer, scholar, and educator from Pakistan. She holds an MPhil in English Literature and teaches at Government College University. Her work in education, research, mentorship, and community advocacy has led her towards questions that cross the boundaries of literature, politics, history, and public life. For Maham, literature preserves what official language often leaves out: hesitation, responsibility, contradiction, and the private cost of seemingly reasonable decisions. Red Ink grows from this belief. Through the familiar authority of a teacher’s pen, the story asks what happens when a correction reaches far beyond the page.
