About the Book
As the title implies, this book is not about a single topic rather it is an amalgam of many different topics that I have penned my thoughts on. While writing these paragraphs or even a single line, I had never even imagined in my wildest dreams that I would write a book one day and these would be a part of it.
The initial plan was to preserve everything written by publishing it as scattered thoughts. But the more I delved deeper into the process, the more I became aware of the weight of responsibility that comes with writing a book. I realized that in this world today, everyone has access to social media where they can speak their thoughts and it reaches the masses in a matter of seconds, thus people become irresponsible and stopped thinking about what they are putting out in the world and what impact it might have. Whereas in the process of writing a book, you have to go through your own words and thoughts enough times for you to keep on changing and editing until only the factual and most impactful ones remain. This makes books to be the purest, concentrated form of a person's thoughts, ideas and a clear reflection of their mind. This became my other and more essential reason to work on this book.
Another special element that I included in the book is that I have tried to make it an interactive experience for the reader. One side of every page has been left blank so the reader can scribble any thoughts that come to their mind while reading. Making every copy of the book an individual and special edition in itself.
Moving forward, I candidly want to admit that I am a student who is always seeking to learn something new, for whom, when his opinions and thoughts are proven wrong, it is as if a man had lost something precious long ago and has just been reunited with it, and he is nothing short of ecstatic. Therefore, this is a small effort on my part. If you find something that doesn't feel right, it is my fault, and if something feels right with you, then that is all by the grace of the Almighty.
Lastly, read this and if you like, suggest it to those around you as well. If you feel like discussing something mentioned in the book or giving your review, then you can reach me via email. Apart from this, please continue the noble act of reading, read my work or any other author's, but keep reading. As Dr. Khurrum Ellahi says, 'To all Readers out there; Read, Read & Read before the words disappear. Before we are left on mercy of algorithms. Cry, cry & cry before there are no more sorrows in this universe. Before future is all predictable, before uncertainties are reduced into numbers and machines win all. Read.'
